Club Mission Statement
The Mission of San Juan South is to provide a program dedicated in raising the level of play and the soccer skills of every player who loves to play soccer. SJS Elite Teams are dedicated to the development of all players in a safe, positive environment by using the highest possible level of proper teaching and competition.

Elite Coaching Philosophy
To be a fair and consistent coach creating a positive environment where athletes can develop their skills and passion for soccer. To teach the game of soccer and prioritize winning and player development in an environment that seeks to develop well-rounded players on and off the field. To prepare and promote dedicated athletes to appropriate college programs.
